We would like to introduce the "Water Supply Pipe Inspection Method" for existing residential buildings under normal water pressure. Using the pipe pressure recording inspection device "Hajime-kun HWR-N1-1," it is easy to inspect existing water supply and hot water pipes. Easy operation with a visible LCD touch panel, real-time waveform observation.

Replacing the gauge-type pressure gauge allows for smoother recording and management of pressure test data. Equipped with a color LCD touch panel, you can check pressure graphs in real-time. We have prepared a wide range of pressure sensors according to the pressure range you wish to measure. You can use sensors tailored to the target pressure for applications such as vacuum measurement, drainage, testing of water supply and hot water piping, and pressure testing of air conditioning refrigerant gas. The measured data can be saved to the included USB memory and managed with software for PC (Windows), allowing you to print management reports. With a built-in lithium-ion battery, it can operate for over 10 hours. For extended continuous use, please use an AC100V power supply. The report software for Windows can be downloaded after user registration. The connection to the inspected piping is made using the included piping connection adapter, connected with G1/2 threads. Traditionally, water filling and full water tests have been conducted on drainage pipes, but now testing is possible with air pressure!

We would like to introduce the "Full/Empty Test Method" for drainage pipes. By using the pressure recording inspection device "Hajime-kun HWR-N1-1," it is now possible to conduct tests on drainage pipes that have traditionally undergone water filling and full water tests using air pressure. Even in cases of defects, this non-wetting test does not require the arrangement of water or drainage, making it suitable for processes where these are not prepared. 【Inspection Preparation (Excerpt)】 ■ For vertical pipes, use full water joints and testing tools that correspond to the full/empty test on each floor. ■ If full/empty compatible joints or tools cannot be used, employ balloon-type tools (such as test plugs). ■ For the terminal ends of horizontal pipes, sealing tools (various types) can be used, and caps can be glued on and cut after inspection. ■ Simply inserting a PVC pipe into the joint of a horizontal pipe for inspection may not leak water, but there have been cases where air leaks, so always conduct the inspection after gluing. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce the "Full/Empty Test Method" for water supply and hot water resin piping. By using the pressure recording inspection device "Hajime-kun HWR-N1-1," it is possible to conduct leak tests on water supply and hot water resin piping (PE, PB) using air pressure. The air conditioning drain pipe's full and empty test can be conducted! In the case of pneumatic pressure, one-person operation is possible, contributing to a reduction in the burden on the site.

We would like to introduce the "Full and Empty Test Method" for air conditioning drain piping. By using the pressure recording inspection device "Hajime-kun HWR-N1-1" for piping, it is possible to conduct full and empty tests on air conditioning drain piping. Compared to traditional water flow or water filling tests, this method does not wet the piping, allowing for time savings and easy data management due to the automatic pressure data recording function. For piping within the specified capacity, the pass/fail judgment function is effective. Additionally, in the case of air pressure, one-person operation is possible, contributing to a reduction in the burden on the site. 【Inspection Preparation (Excerpt)】 - For vertical pipes, use full and empty fittings and sealing jigs suitable for the full and empty test on each floor. - If full and empty compatible fittings and jigs cannot be used, balloon-type jigs (such as test plugs) may also be used.
